David created the vision for Social Media Made Easy™ as an owner of multi-family properties. He brings a broad range of experience to the team and has been a leader in applying Internet-based technologies to his own multi-family portfolio.

Melanie Lanz – Online Classified Systems Director

Melanie has been with Apartment Marketing Systems since the very beginning and absolutely loves being part of new products and business development. Her advertising and marketing background and 19 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry make her a great resource for clients and fellow employees alike. She resides in sunny Tucson, Arizona and enjoys helping people and troubleshooting issues for clients in need.

Sylvia Birns-Sprague – Director of Social Media & Graphic Design

Sylvia’s undergraduate background in art and graphic design, combined with her love of technology and helping people, make her well suited to her job of delivering Facebook happiness! Throughout her journey from Massachusetts to Oregon, social media and design have been a big part of her life and career, and she is delighted to be using her powers for good here at Apartment Marketing Systems.

Abby Wygal – Operations Director

Abby loves to help people and is always happy to provide one-on-one troubleshooting assistance to clients. She keeps things running smoothly here at Apartment Marketing Systems, and her enthusiasm and great sense of humor help keep the office fun, too! Abby is a recent graduate of St. Martin’s University and is thrilled to be working with AMS.

Adrianne Degn – Director of Culture and Training

Adrianne is a born and raised Oregonian with a background in journalism and communications. She strives to keep the office laughing and light-hearted and has been on Facebook since the beginning, years ago. She treats her job and fellow co-workers like family and is always happy to help a client in need!
